Player Bio: 

My name is Turner Royal, and this will be my 3rd year with the DistinXion Program. I’ve enjoyed my experience with the program and like how it runs and operates. My primary goal in regards to basketball is to have the opportunity to play in college. Outside of basketball, I want to be a leader in my community that people can look up to. In my small hometown, everyone knows everyone else and people will see my actions. I want those actions to positively impact others. After school I hope to enter the medical field. I am not sure exactly what I’d like to do, but I have interest in orthopedics. Overall I want to be able to help other people, and what better way to do that than become a medical specialist. My dream job though would be an NBA player. In my free time I enjoy playing golf and tennis. I also love to fish, specifically bass fish. Driving my car is also a hobby of mine outside of basketball. Fun fact: popcorn is my favorite food.
