APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Player Application

   • The first step to applying for the 2024 DistinXion C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N.S. Program will be to submit the online Player Application Form (linked below).

   • The player application for the 2024 Program will remain open until all spots are full. We encourage interested players to submit this application as soon as possible.

2. Evaluation Phase

   • After the application is submitted, all High School and Middle School applicants will be emailed further information about RSVPing to a tryout.

   • More information regarding tryouts can be found on our 2024 Tryouts and Evaluation page.

   • Prior to your tryout, all applicants must complete our FULL application/information form. This is completely separate from the initial application linked below and will be sent out at the same time as tryout scheduling.

   • A completed application, information form, and signed waiver are required to tryout.

3. Commitment

   • Once evaluated, chosen players will be sent an official offer letter from DistinXion.

   • A decision will be emailed either way, no matter what our coaches decide.
