PLAYER BIO:

My name is Sammi Clarke and this is my fourth year in the DistinXion Program. I chose Distinxion because I feel it is a positive environment that also pushes you to become not only a better basketball player but also a better person. My ultimate goal on the court to be a leader and an impact player. I want to be the type of player that coaches can put in the game during any situation and feel confident about. I also want to be the type of player that coaches can rely on to hustle making plays, have strong cuts, etc. My goal off the court is to continue to get good grades and to do as best as I can in each class. My plans after high school are hopefully to go to college to play basketball and earn a degree. My dream job is to be either a therapist, psychologist, or sports psychologist. In my free time I love to play with my dogs, hang out with my friends and family, and go to the gym with my dad. A fun fact about myself is that I know all of the words and lyrics from the musical Hamilton.
