PLAYER BIO:

My name is Lexis Drake, and this is my 3rd year with DistinXion. I chose DistinXion because I want to improve my basketball skills and learn as much as I can about the sport. I also want to continue to grow spiritually with the program. I love how DistinXion teaches me to be a better basketball player and a better person. I love how DistinXion is very supportive and makes you feel like family. Within basketball, my goals are to be the best player I can be as well as being the best teammate I can be. Off the court, my goals are to get excellent grades in school and work towards being the best person I can be for myself and others around me. After high school, I plan to attend college and enter the healthcare field. My dream job is to be a nurse practitioner, in order to help take care of others. When not playing basketball, I enjoy taking care of my 4-H animals and boating with my family. A fun fact about me: I made it to the National level of the Elks Hoop Shoot competition.
