PLAYER BIO:

My name is David Steele and I chose DistinXion because I heard good things about the program and some of my friends were joining. In regards to my basketball goals, I hope to play four years of varsity basketball and help my team compete to the best of their ability. Another goal is to play four years of college basketball, and maybe at the next level. Outside of basketball a goal of mine is to help make my community a high-spirited community and just a happy and fun place to be. Any chance that I get, I want to give back to my community. After high school I hope to attend college, but I am currently undecided on what I'd like to study. My dream job would be to play in the NBA, but realistically I'd love to do something within sports medicine. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends and going to movies; but most of the time we end up in the gym playing 3v3 or 4v4. Some fun facts about me include I am the youngest of 4 boys, my middle name is Israel, my favorite TV show is The Office, and I'm afraid of roller coasters. I'm also a proud Christian and love attending church camp every summer with my friends (Camp Olivet).
