PLAYER BIO:

My name is Abagail Rousey, and this is my first year with DistinXion. I chose DistinXion because I've heard the amazing feedback from people who have gone through the program, and I believe that DistinXion will help me overall on and off the court. I love how DistinXion cares for you as a player but also as a person, and I love the Christ-centered community. My ultimate goal on the court is to get stronger and use the gifts and talents God gave me to glorify him and to contribute to the teams I play on. Off the court, some of my goals are to make others feel like they belong, to honor God, and to work my hardest in anything I do. After high school, I want to go to college and study astronomy or aerospace engineering. My dream job is to be an aerospace engineer, astronomer, or mission control specialist at NASA or SpaceX. In my free time, when I'm not at school or playing basketball or volleyball, I read, sing, draw, and bake. A fun fact about me is that I love musicals.
