My name is Emersyn Hess and this is my first year in the DistinXion Program. I chose DistinXion because it is a great opportunity to play against great competition that is close to home. My ultimate goal is to improve every time I step out there. I want to be a good teammate, work hard and have fun. My goals off the court are to be on the honor roll every grading period, become a physical therapist, and make it back to the Elks Hoop Shoot National Finals and maybe even win it again. After high school I want to play basketball or volleyball in college. My dream job is to be a WNBA coach. In my free time I like to talk with friends, play with my little brother and swim. A fun fact about me is I shoot the basketball left handed but do literally nothing else left handed.
