PLAYER BIO:

My name is Avery Dedrick and this is my first year with DistinXion. I chose DistinXion to help me improve my skills against other good competitors and to help me meet new people from other schools that love basketball like me. I also want to grow in my faith through basketball. What I love most about DistinXion is all of the coaches and people involved. My goal on the court is to improve each and every game and to have fun with my team along the way. Off the court, my goal is to continue to get good grades in school while playing basketball and softball. After high school, I hope to play basketball for Indiana University. My dream job would be to be a girl’s basketball coach. In my free time, I like to play softball and basketball and watch college basketball games and hang out with my friends. A fun fact about myself is that I am obsessed with the IU women’s basketball team and try to go to as many home games as possible.
