The DistinXion C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N.S. Program is designed to be a player development program that prepares players for their next steps in basketball and in life. For those looking to play college basketball, this will be excellent. For those looking to maximize their high school careers and then go to college as a student, this program will teach you skills beyond basketball. We want 100% of our program participants to be successful.
DistinXion doesn't just practice. We have Training Camps. These are immersive basketball workouts that are designed to challenge and encourage players in their basketball, character, and leadership development. Here at DistinXion, we believe the summer is when players should not just PROVE, but IMPROVE.
Each Training Camp will include a morning session focused on individual skill development, a lunch break, a speed and agility session with Force Fitness, and an afternoon session focused on team development and competing.
DistinXion C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N.S. Teams will play in 5 tournaments throughout the summer. Teams will participate in tournaments during all 4 college evaluation periods (times when college coaches are allowed to attend tournaments and watch players). Teams will also play one non-college exposure tournament in May.
All tournaments will be in the near Midwest region and within driving distance -- Indianapolis, Bloomington, Cincinnati, Louisville, Fort Wayne, Chicago, etc.
In partnership with Force Fitness, DistinXion provides it's players with elite training in the areas of strength training, speed and agility, and nutrition. At Training Camps, DistinXion C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N.S. players will get the opportunity to work with and learn from Force Fitness trainers in areas of:
Speed and agility training
Technique, form, and safety in the weight room
Nutrition guide for basketball players
Improving flexibility and mobility
Injury prevention for athletes
And many more...

The DistinXion C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N.S. Program will begin mid-March and proceed to the end of July. Players are given the month of June off to focus on their respective high school programs. DistinXion will have either a Training Camp (extended Saturday practices) or a Tournament all weekends in March, April, May, and July. Players are expected to attend AT LEAST 75% of Training Camps, and 75% of Tournaments. We know summers can get busy with vacations, baseball, etc., so though this is our standard, we are willing to be flexible with families. As as organization, we are fully supportive of multi-sport athletes.
Lastly, players are expected to have DistinXion as their primary team throughout the summer. Players are not allowed to play for another travel team during their time with DistinXion.
